Looks great. One concern we had was would the wood smell. It doesn't. Our little guy is going to be happy.

We recently received our Hudson crib and we like it a lot so far! We still haven’t used it with baby, but it seems very sturdy and looks beautiful. The instructions were not too complicated (although you will definitely need more than one person to assemble it!)

Multiple damaged pieces
Super bummed upon assembling this crib the amount of damage it has. This is our second Hudson crib as we wanted our girls to be matching . The hassle of sending this giant crib back plus lugging it to an ups store this pregnant is just simply not in the cards . I’m not sure if the quality has declined in the past years but this crib leaves major room for improvement .

This is one of the cheapest and low quality pieces of furniture I have ever put together and at the price point of something that is made of thicker wood and material.I would say this is in line with Ikea or Walmart quality. they are sending me a replacement but am going to return it asap.

Poor build quality and difficult to assemble
When I was fitting the top pieces together, the finish on the bars felt a bit rough. Not splinter rough, but enough to notice, especially since I expect a smooth finish right out of box.
On one of the bottom slats, the threaded insert pulled out of the wood while I was trying to fit in a screw. It might’ve been user error, but it was frustrating to fix and not something I expected from a new crib.

We ordered these 2 cribs for our upcoming twins - took us 2 hours to assemble both and had basically no issues! Instructions very clear. Only one hiccup we ran into was on the final screw in the second crib… it just won’t fit - maybe user error who knows
