Unacceptable Delivery
The glider is fine, but the delivery service was unacceptable. I read several reviews, and saw a recurring theme of delivery issues. I thought, if I ordered directly from Babyletto, they would take better ownership of the delivery service than 3rd party sellers, but I WAS WRONG! It is unfortunately the same group making the deliveries. My glider was delivered 50 feet from the house, by the sidewalk. They did not deliver to the door, they just left it there by the street. Purchased for my elderly mom.
My mom wanted a small rocker, swival chair and the sales person at Crate and Barrel pointed us to this babyletto kiwi classic with electric recliner. The chair was comfortable in the store and the electronic components were inside the chair. The chair we received had components on the outside and the seat depth was slightly longer so that when sitting back your knees hit the edge but there is space behind the back. Million Dollar Baby Does not Honor Warrantuy
This glider is lovely, but broke w/in a year (within the warranty window). This was in 2024. Million Dollar Baby was cooperative at first, but they sent a replacement that was not equivalent (one that was much cheaper and did not recline). After going through the trouble of getting it delivered, unboxed, boxed, and picked up, MDB stopped being responsive. They've spent the last year and half giving us the run around. I absolutely love this recliner, the fact that it reclines and glides is great. I can’t wait to have somewhere so comfortable to be for those late night feeds, and to hopefully be able to use the glide to rock baby back to sleep afterwards. Also, added bonus that it has a phone charger port!

Best addition to our nursery!
We love this chair. It's comfortable, looks great in our twin nursery, and we use it all the time to read to our girls and rock them to sleep. My husband is 6'5" and it even fits him, so it's tall man approved, too! We got the ivory boucle color with the gold base and the quality of the fabric and the finishes are excellent. We're so happy with our purchase and could not recommend this chair more. Absolutely love it and think we will use it in the future if we have another child as well.

The first chair sent didn’t assemble properly. It was still useable so we kept for now and reached out to support. They seemed accommodating and willing to send another but it’s been weeks. Keep in mind it took almost three weeks to get the first one and now we have zero updates on the new one, even though it’s been way past their “8-10 days”. New favorite place to sit
I got the Kiwi Classic in Almond Teddy Loop with Light Wood Base. My baby hasn't arrived quite yet and it's already my favorite place to sit. It came in just a few parts, so it was SO easy to set up. The teddy material is really soft and the cushions are so comfy - it feels like it really molds to your body. It's a big seat too! You can sit criss cross or with plenty of room for a breast feeding pillow. 10/10 recommend!!
