Description
Designed with a solid wood frame and baby-safe finish, the lightweight Newton Baby Bassinet is ultra-breathable and washable.
Utilizing the same patented Wovenaire technology as their crib mattress, it features a large sleep surface to allow for extended use as your baby grows. The custom bassinet mattress is completely washable from cover to core–just hand rinse in the shower or tub.
The infant-access opening is designed for use in the bedside-sleeper setting to quickly access and soothe your baby. Eight adjustable heights allow for ease of use and safety.
Patented Wovenaire technology is at the core of the breathe-thru mattress, reducing the risk of suffocation and overheating. Breathable mesh walls also provide airflow and visibility.

Perfect for middle of the night feeds - Worth every penny!
I received this as a gift and was so nervous it would be tilted as other reviews mentioned, but my bassinet turned out to be just fine. My husband put it together, and he isn’t even that savvy at furniture assembly. Its perfectly even and it’s the best thing to have for a newborn- so accessible for middle of the night feedings

Not sure how others have a bad experience with this- because this bassinet has worked great so far for us. You can use extra stabilizers that’s attached to the feet too if needed (if you’re on a carpet or something) but we didn’t even really need to use it we just did just for peace of mind.

Impressed with quality
Really impressed with the quality of this product! Even the packaging it came in was super nice. Following the instructions assembly only took me about 30 minutes. I definitely will be able to break it down and reassemble it even faster in the future now that I’ve done it once. It’s also totally doable to assemble alone. I appreciated the additional instructions after initial setup that explained sleeper mode and disassembly. This is so much better than putting together most furniture…

Great Features!
My wife and I have been using this bassinet for a few days and we love it. The assembly was clear and simple, the construction is sturdy, and the design is very minimalist and clean. The zip down side has been super convenient for nighttime feedings, and the safety cable connected to the bed gives an extra layer of security that helps put our minds at ease while we stumble around in a sleepless fugue looking for diapers at 2am. My favorite purchase
We had the Halo and my tall baby immediately outgrew it. I love this one so much I wish I had got it first. It’s also great that it comes with a carrying case - We packed it up and threw it in our car for a long weekend in the mountains and my baby slept just like she does at home - takes 5 minutes to set up. The mattress is also actually comfortable feeling compared to come baby mattresses.

Just What We Were Looking For
With our second child on the way we wanted something sturdy, functional, easy to use, and most of all safe. This checks all the boxes! Easy to put together and breakdown. Appears very soft yet supportive for the baby to sleep comfortably in the night. Love the simple clean look! We had a Newton mattress for our first child and loved it, so we were excited to see that they made a bedside sleeper as well. The money spent is well worth the peace of mind.

Fear Inducing Design Flaw
As others have stated, the bassinet sits uneven & tilts to one side because the frame/mattress is only supported by fabric. So your baby will slowly inchworm their way to the corner/wall of the mattress. This might be fine, but as a first time parents, this just adds to our paranoia.

The Bedside Bassinet ROCKS!!!
