Website glitch poor customer service
Website glitch I selected the pink ones and when I finalized the order I received confirmation I was getting the black ones. Contacted customer service they didn’t help tried to cancel order they didn’t have a way of doing so . Very disappointed do NOT recommend when I asked for a supervisor they just never responded did all through email .

Worst Design ever!!
This is the worst car seat model of all times. The puzzle piece buckle is a nightmare to try and piece together to buckle and the strap seem constantly is getting snagged underneath resulting in not being able to conveniently tighten the straps unless someone is helping get the seam unstuck. This was by far the worst baby purchase we’ve ever made.

I like it I just bought it a week ago and my son just came home from the Nicu. It’s not that heavy is very like easy to pick up carry around. My son is a chunky baby and I could pick them up and he’s not heavy. He’s very light in the car seat and it’s so soft and comfortable for him to not hard or nothing easy to take off and put on the base

Bottom Buckle too small
I got this car seat as baby shower gift. It’s a cute car seat but it runs small. The defect on car seat is the bottom buckle not long enough will hurt your baby’s thigh. Also the straps are horrible and lose no way to safely tighten them. I usually read reviews so tryna help new mom out to not waste money on car seat.

It's just adorable
I've been wondering if they could be as comfortable for our newborn just anxious to have her here. October 30 and any day now she will have an awesome trip out of the mother's belly. Looks just like the picture and hope she enjoys it. Thank God for the ingenuity built into these car seats. Bless the people making them and hope y'all enjoy them. I believe I will and my baby too, recommend them.

The Baby Trend EZ-Lif 35 PRO Infant Car Seat is so pretty and very comfy for babies. It has a perfect recline and fits great in the car. The car seat is lightweight and easy to carry. It fits and clicks great on the base making getting the baby in and out of the car a breeze!
