Description
The Cover Me 4-In-1 Convertible Car Seat offers full in-car shade protection. The integrated, adjustable UPF 50+ canopy is attached on a built-in track, making it easy to adjust and remove. Flip-out side visors also provide extra shade protection for when sunlight is coming from multiple directions (your older child can even adjust it themselves).
Baby Trend’s Cover Me is built for extended use, 4-100 lbs. The stages include rear facing infant mode (4-18 lbs), rear-facing toddler mode (18-40 lbs), forward facing with harness mode (22 to 65 lbs) and belt positioning booster mode (40 to 100 lbs).
Built with premium fabric and materials, the seat has extra padding to keep your child comfy on long rides. The zero radius recline doesn’t take up a lot of space, plus a recline “foot” provides additional angles. The headrest adjusts in height without rethreading the harness, and two cup holders keep drinks and snacks within easy reach. For added safety, super deep side wings offer better side impact protection.
Another good-to-know: the car seat is 18.25” at its widest, which allows it to fit three seats across in most vehicles.

Disappointed
We bought this just over a year ago for grandparents car. The straps have now frayed and tore! This isn’t even with daily use. I am very disappointed that this has happened and of course right outside of warranty date.

Great car seat
The car seat material is very soft and comfortable, and my toddler really enjoys sitting in it. I especially love that it comes with flip-out side visors, living in Los Angeles, the extra sun protection is a huge plus. It’s clearly designed to grow with your child, so I know I’ll be able to use it for a long time.

Not happy
I like that it had the cover for the sun.. but it brokes very easy. The material can only be washed 3 maybe 4 times. To clean under it is impossible. And when trying to get the straps to get tighter its very card. Then the best part *joking) is that one side will go tight and the other one will not. Been fighting with this over priced carseat for over a year.

Sides are to tall
Great product as far as securing my child and extremely easy to install. But if you have a taller SUV or a shorter spouse the high sides of the car seat make it extremely difficult to put your child in the seat.

Ok to use
I bought this 2 years ago after my sister was in a car accident with my sons car seat in the car ( son not in the car)and the insurance wouldn't cover the full price of that car seat which was $300. So I bought this one. The. We had another baby and needed this car seat for my husband truck for our daughter. The issue we have is using the lower anchors how there is not enough space from the bottom of tje car seat to where u have to hook them to the lower anchors of the truck in the backseat. (…

Awesome seat
Love this car seat. The only thing for me is my toddler is on the larger side so we have to switch it out for a wider seat. Have this seat for my baby as well and love it.
