14 Questions
Does this come with a carrying case?

Best Answer:  This does not come with a carrying case, but you can purchase one separately here.

Does this come with both pumps or just one?

Best Answer:  If you purchase this breast pump through the Babylist Shop, you can choose either the single or double option. When ordering through Babylist Health with insurance, you’ll automatically receive the double electric pump — the single option is not available through insurance.

What version is this?

Best Answer:  The Willow Go only has one version (they haven't released a 2.0), so this is considered the most recent.

Is it easy to control without the app? I don’t want to be connected to work while I’m pumping?

Best Answer:  Yes! You can use it with or without the app.

Without the app, you won't receive notifications about software updates, which can improve the functionality of the pump. You’ll also need to reach into your bra to manage your session and check your milk output.

Can you wear this when lying down?

Best Answer:  The Willow Go is only leak proof up to 45. Which means you can move around but cannot use it while laying down. If you want a Willow pump that is completely leakproof (even when laying down), you'll want to consider the Willow 360.

Is this considered a hospital grade breast pump?

Best Answer:  This pump isn't classified as a hospital-grade pump.

Does this set not include the 21mm flange?

Best Answer:  This pump includes 21mm and 24mm flanges.

The specs say single or double to choose from, but I don't see how I can choose double. Does it come as a set or just one single pump for one breast?

Best Answer:  If you purchase this breast pump through the Babylist Shop, you can choose either the single or double option. When ordering through Babylist Health with insurance, you’ll automatically receive the double electric pump — the single option is not available through insurance.

Why are these cheaper here? When I’ve put the same insurance info in on medical supply websites, many pumps are $100 more at least.

Best Answer:  Our Babylist Health team can answer this for you! Email them at [email protected] for more information.

Insurance?

Best Answer:  Most plans cover a double electric pump. Visit Babylist.com/health to see which pumps are eligible through your insurance.

Willow Go Review
This is my second time breastfeeding/pumping and I love my Willow go. I’ve tried other portable pumps but nothing compares! I get good output with the pumps and the suction is strong.

Not only do I love the product itself and how it fits into my daily life, but it is spill-proof! I love the support this company offers in many different ways. I'm glad to be a part of the family.

I had this pump when I had my son 4 years ago, pleasantly surprised with the update and the valve to prevent leaking for easy pouring, excited to see how this performs for this kiddo

I would give the pump
I would give the pump 4 stars but there are a few things I would reconsider about it - mostly the battery life.
Pros
- love that I am not teathered to a pump with tubing and an outlet. Hard to cuddle baby if he fusses while pumping as they get in the way but I am still able to do a lot more with them and move about.
- I find they are less aggressive then the pump I rented initially to establish my supply (I was pumping and bottle feeding as baby was in NICU). I tried them at the

This saves me so much time. I don’t have to sit and pump anymore, doing nothing. I can pump even outside or in the car, while going about my day.

Empties me
I have 4 different pumps and this is the only one (including my Spectra) that empties me completely. I would give it more stars if I could.

Great pump
I love this pump. It’s very easy to use and doesn’t take long to get a full pump. I can get about 3/4 full pumps before having to charge it again. Only downside I’ve been having is it starts to leak from the bottom randomly and my entire shirt will be wet. Also you can’t pause the pump you have to completely stop. I’m an oversupplier and need to stop and empty it halfway which makes me start a new pump session. Other than that I’d give it 5 stars

The WORST.
These pumps are the absolute WORST. I paid a lot of money for pumps that don’t work or malfunction half the time, and spill everywhere when they do actually pump! An absolute waste of money and I’m so mad I spent so much on these. I have tried to use them for 6 months and they mess up or are a pain every single time. Do not waste your money.

Make life easier
I was a little frustrated in the beginning because my milk would leak while trying to do things around the house, until I did some troubleshooting and figured out why. Since then they have been working like a charm and emptying me out every time. The app is super Easy to work and understand. Love it
