Instructions made by a baby
Look at how piece 24 is oriented on step 7 then look how you need to connect it on step 14. Spoiler alert, it’s wrong.

Good product mediocre website/customer service
Product is great but they make you download Soo app to track your order and when you download it there’s no tracking information called CS and was told it only shows up when item is shipped. Was told that my item hadn’t shipped yet. But product was delivered the next day. So it obviously had shipped without access to tracking info. Then tried to get video instruction and there’s a line that you can highlight for baby walker but that’s all you can do, highlight it. There’s no arrow to take you…

Unsafe!!
I really liked this product at first because it is really cute, and when my baby just played with the toys, all was well. Unfortunately, today he used it to practice walking, and it tipped backwards and fell on top of him. Luckily, he's ok, but it is really unsafe!! Will not be using again and will be trying to return.

Best gift ever!
My 11 month old granddaughter immediately took to it. Marched all around the house and knew exactly how to use it. She is not walking on her own yet, but cruises everywhere. She also really loves all the activities and how loud the wooden blocks sound on the base! A big hit!

This should be minus a star. Tracking number from Fed Ex says they will add a delivery date as soon as we get your package.

Good, not great (although customer service is!)
Did a ton of research on a walker that was neither plastic not suseptiable to tipping. I thought i had found the ONE - but sadly this one fell short. Pro's - high quality, easy to assemble, the front side is very engaging for a 10 month old. Cons - very prone to tipping backward when the baby trys to pull up causing baby to fall. Similarly - if the baby hasnt mastered pushing forward OR the lock is on its prone to tipping forward. Not sure the "perfect" walker exists but for the price iw ould…
