I love this chair so much! It is so comfy and perfectly fits both my husband and me each with our son. The rock and glide feature are perfect and the fabric is so easy to get any stains out of. I will buy this chair for every nursery!

Tried so hard to love but sincerely despising the experience with this specific model. Just to name a few things, it’s beyond squeaking. It’s grinding. You don’t just hear it, but you FEEL the metal grinding and it frustrates me each and every time I sit in it with baby so will be considering next steps. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!
I received our chair 1 week ago and upon opening we noticed multiple areas of the chair with large coffee, dirt and a red crusty food substance staining. I emailed immediately with pictures and used the chair that night for feedings. This chair is the worst chair imaginable. It’s actually laughable how terrible this chair is. It aggressively leans right and squeaks when rocking and the glide/rock itself is so choppy! Not smooth at all. Having a newborn and now having to deal with this chair…

Rocking Mechanism is Terrible

I was so excited about this rocker, but it really is a disappointment. The good is that it’s pretty and the pillow is very comfortable. The bad is it’s a TERRIBLE rocker. Almost immediately the rocker started making a banging noise. I wrote to namesake and they sent me a new park to install myself (as a freshly post partum mom), but I guess I don’t know an alternative solution. Zero quality control
We received what appears to be a heavily used chair. After hauling this up to the fifth floor of an apartment and unpacking we noticed this chair is full of food, coffee and dirt stains.

Very cute but has some issues

Love the look and feel of this chair but it is slightly leaning towards one side and has already started squeaking when we rock in it. It’s also not a very smooth rocker/glider.

We bought ours and the first one came completely broken, when we got the replacement it started squeaking a month after. Not worth the hassle, spend your money somewhere else

Very loud creaking/squeaking sound after a while
We purchased this chair and a month after my son was born it started making the loudest, most annoying creaking sound and felt like it was breaking down. We were sent 2 replacements and the same problem. It’s very comfortable I just wish it was made with a higher quality base. It’s disappointing considering the price.
