Not worth the hype - or price
This monitor is overall okay. At full price, it’s a dud. At the $90 sale price, it’s fine.

The night vision is worse than the $50 Vtech model we replaced due to water damage.

The camera makes a noticeable noise when turning on or adjusting.

The image is clear on the monitor. The camera mounting, camera adjusting, and 2/4x zoom options are nice.

I was expecting to be impressed with the rave reviews here, but it’s not great. It’s good enough and we needed a new monitor ASAP.

Do not buy. Save yourselves.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. The signal barely goes 20 feet through one wall. It loses connection every 10 minutes. We even moved thinking our old house was blocking the signal somehow. However, in a newer house the signal still gets blocked.

Charging port broke right away
I want to like this monitor but the charging port broke basically on first use, now it’s extremely difficult to get it to charge and the battery dies quickly! Really upsetting for a $100 system.

Good camera, but clicks when turns on!
We like this monitor for the fact that it is easy to set up and does not need to connect to WiFi. It has decent night vision and has a good battery life. It seems to have an okay range, we only reached the end of the range in a huge beach house with a lot of walls. We were able to get an off brand twist mount to mount it to anything. My only complaint is that when you turn the monitor on to check on baby, the camera makes an audible click that can sometimes wake baby up. I don’t know if all…

Easy to use baby monitor
Great baby monitor. It has a good battery, great night vision, it can take a fall, and is easy to use. All you have to do is plug it in and it is ready to use.

Not the best
As a nanny who has used countless monitors, unfortunately I would not recommend this one. It definitely does the job and isn’t terrible, but there are far better option out there. The screen is not dimmable and is so glaringly bright for middle of the night checkins. A charged battery barely lasts through one night. When you turn on the monitor from sleep mode, it takes what feels like forever to load the camera view. Pros; the display quality is very nice, the screen is a great size, there’s an intercom option that lets you talk to your baby.

Highly recommend!
I love this monitor! The visibility is clear during the day and at night time. One thing that I would fix is the X4 zoom is kinda blurry but Im still able to monitor my baby effectively. I love that it isnt a WiFi monitor. The set up is very easy! The charger is usb-c. I would say the battery lasts a while. I keep the screen on at all times when Im using it. I charge it every 2 days. The camera does need to be plugged in. We used the wall mount and are able to rotate and move the camera as…
