The Boss Plus Backpack is an updated take on their original Boss Backpack with a sleek design and premium features. Elevated with thoughtful details, this versatile bag spans the hospital to playdates to pumping. It also works well as an airplane carry-on or a car seat tag-along.
It has even more pockets (19 total), making it their most organized large capacity bag. More noteworthy features: insulated side bottle pockets, comfy shoulder straps, a roomy main compartment, felt line valuables pocket, signature rubber bottom feet and top-to-bottom zippers.

Cute but not sturdy
Beautiful bag but not great quality. Maybe I got a bad one but the fake leather on the shoulder strap is already breaking after using it only a handful of times

Small torso? Over packer? Get THIS!
I am SO glad I bought this. I am small and between toddler on my hip, diaper bag on the other, my purse, my jacket, and my coffee in hand at daycare drop off, I was a MESS. I couldn't heave it all across the parking lot. I finally bought this, and I am SO happy. It fits my laptop and iPad, the lunchbox, the extra outfit, the diapers, the wipes, keys, pads- basically anything else I need. Spacious & Gorgeous

Gorgeous bag, but it's so heavy that it outweighs my newborn and causes my stroller to tip if I hook it on even when there's barely anything in there. Considering selling and looking for something else.

The most amazing diaper bag for lots of babies
The way I’m OBSESSED with this bag. I got it for my fourth baby and wish I had it for all of them. I’ll continue using this after babies too because it’s so dang cute. The most functional diaper bag I’ve owned. It’s so easy to find stuff inside since it opens all the way up without everything falling out. It holds so much! Love love love!
Been eyeing this bag since it came out and I found out I was pregnant with a little girl. My absolute dream of a diaper bag! It got here so fast after I ordered! There is so much of space and even when I filled everything up it’s still so light! It isn’t heavy at all and I absolutely love that!
