The Boss Plus Backpack is an updated take on their original Boss Backpack with a sleek design and premium features. Elevated with thoughtful details, this versatile bag spans the hospital to playdates to pumping. It also works well as an airplane carry-on or a car seat tag-along.
It has even more pockets (19 total), making it their most organized large capacity bag. More noteworthy features: insulated side bottle pockets, comfy shoulder straps, a roomy main compartment, felt line valuables pocket, signature rubber bottom feet and top-to-bottom zippers.

Excellent BUY
Bought this as I was in need of an updated diaper bag. I seen another mom around my town have it and I asked her the brand. I researched it before I made the purchase. I reviewed reviews on their website and social media to really get an idea of this BOSS bag would be for me. I absolutely LOVE it! What a great buy, it’s spacious, provides room for everything my baby needs and more! I love the pockets, zippers glide easy and the stroller straps! This bag is definitely made for a BOSS mama l, thank you!

Awesome diaper bag
I purchased this bag in Oat for my expectant daughter. It exceeded all expectations! It is beautiful and has so much room and compartments. I really think she is going to love it.

Great for 2 under 2!
I love this bag! After having a second child, our old diaper bag was not cutting it; It was too small and cluttered once we had to add everything for the new baby on top of our toddler's supplies. Enter the Boss Plus! What a life changer. Not only could we fit diapers for both of our kids, but we also have spare clothes, burp clothes, wipes, bottles, toys, some medical supplies, and more! And, better yet, its all able to be nicely organized and easy to access.

Stylish and Spacious! Must-Have!!
This is the first diaper bag I ever bought! I loveee the Teddy Blue color and the inside teddy print is so cute. I heard that the Boss Plus was a big bag, but when it arrived, I was in awe of how big it actually was! It has 19 pockets and it’s perfect for storing multiple things. Right now, I’ve stuffed it with hospital items for when I go into labor.

You need this
This bag is the greatest item I bought myself for motherhood. I am beyond pleased with the shipping speed, quality, feel, everything!! We took out first roadtrip and my bag held everything + the other over packing items I was convinced I needed. There a plenty of things that you can cheap out on when it come to babies and kids, but a diaper bag is not one of them once you realize how good they can be. If you're reading the reviews debating whether or not you should actually buy, this is your sign!!

Perfect bag in every way
I bought this bag for my daughter to use with my grandson and it is absolutely perfect. The size is perfect. I also ordered the organizing cubes and they are working perfectly to keep everything neat and organized. It is a great product
