Restore 3 is a smart sleep clock designed to help you unwind nightly, sleep deeply and wake-up phone-free.
It helps you establish healthy circadian rhythms with a sunrise alarm clock, simulating the gradual brightening of dawn and enabling you to wake up naturally to a light alarm clock.
With the companion Hatch Sleep app, you can customize and adjust your sleep routines with content like guided meditations, sleep podcasts and sleep sounds backed by science.
Once you choose your favorite routines in the Hatch Sleep app, put your phone away and control them on your Restore. One big button starts your routine, adjusts the volume and lets you snooze right on the device. Switch between your favorite routines, pause audio and more.
Whether you prefer a gentle rainfall and the steady rhythm of white noice or more unconventional sleep sounds like retro soundbaths and forest birds, restore can play them for just a few minutes or all night long.

Needs better scheduling
Excellent device, especially for the morning light sunrise. I really wish it had an option to set a schedule for white noise and skip the Unwind options, similar to the kid versions

For the first time in
For the first time in my life, I am able to put down my phone and wind down before bed. Also if I have to use the bathroom at night, I am able to quickly fall back asleep and not be tossing and turning like I had been before getting restore. It has also made me a morning person and I have never been one. Thank you Hatch

Amazing alarm clock
Hatch is great it has so many different sounds to choose from and helps you customize your routine to your liking.

Overpriced alarm clock
Overall, it's nice and effective helping set a routine but is ultimately overpriced. For $180 (includes tax and shipping) an alarm clock should include all features, however hatch requires a monthly subscription to access the routines feature and additional sound scapes. Without the subscription not worth the definitely not the cost.
