The HALO SleepSack Swaddle has all the benefits of a traditional swaddle, but in a much simpler and foolproof design.
The Velcro wings make it easy to wrap the swaddle around your baby and keep their arms safely immobilized, preventing the startle reflex that can disturb rest.
As a bonus, the 2-in-1 adjustable design of the SleepSack Swaddle lets you keep your baby’s arms inside or outside of the swaddle. This maximizes your child’s comfort and eventually helps them transition smoothly out of full swaddling.
The HALO swaddle is meant to be used over PJs in the place of a loose blanket.
The zipper opens and closes from the bottom, making diaper changes easier. And the roomy sack at the bottom allows your baby to move her legs freely, promoting long-term hip health (though some babies sleep better when both legs and arms are wrapped snugly).
Parents report that the HALO SleepSack Swaddle holds up well to washing, but remember to attach the Velcro to itself so it doesn’t stick to itself or other items in the wash. Stop swaddling when your baby shows signs of rolling over or breaking out of the wrap.
To use the HALO SleepSack Swaddle, first zip your child into the main pouch. Then wrap the Velcro wings around each other, keeping your child’s arms under each wing as you go.

- The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends the use of wearable blankets to keep your baby warm

Its just so much velcro, its so loud to undo it during the night. I know you can unzip from the bottle and do a diaper change that way, but sometimes you have to take the whole thing off and the noise wakes up the baby.
