Vibration doesn’t work, and the sound is so quiet
You can’t barely hear it. Would recommend putting a different swing on your registry. Especially for the price. :(

Doesn’t work

Did not work from the beginning we got it as gift on Amazon registry. Then we got replaced motor and it only worked 3 months and suddenly stopped. What a waste. It should be recalled

Motor never worked

Only lasted 3 months
The first motor just died one day after 3 months of use. Graco had me ship back the motor and they sent a new motor. This process took weeks. The new motor stopped working after 5 minutes. Their only solution was for me to send the entire swing back, purchasing my own box to do so as I had thrown away the original packaging, so that they would send me an entirely new swing. The baby has been without this for over a month now and will still be for another couple of weeks. We became dependent on this swing and it’s been such a headache. Find a better swing.

Disappointing

We were able to use this less than 15 times before it quit swinging and playing sound. Disappointed in this product.

Slightly unstable

The swing is very soothing and swings nicely, but it is somewhat unstable. The bottom frame lifts up off the ground when the swing speed is above 1.

Not durable

Used this swing for my first born for a few months. It then sat for a bit when I went to use a couple years later it had stopped working. Well taken care of. Motor must have issues.

Motor stops working after 3 months

I got this for my baby (now 4 1/2 months) and it worked fine until about 2 weeks ago. If I have it plugged in, or with the batteries, or even both with the batteries as a back up, it just doesn’t turn on anymore. Mind you, I have two of this model swing, one for my house and one for my parents and BOTH have this issue. Considering I couldn’t even use it until she was about a month old, I haven’t even gotten more than 3 months of use out of it. Definitely not worth it if your baby is one who is a big fan of the swing as mine is.

Don’t buy
Broke within a week, it won’t even turn on with batteries or cords that I found extra to see if it was power strip, now it’s junk

Not worth it
Swing worked great for the first two months. Started off using it with batteries and when those ran out of juice we plugged it into the wall. Worked for a week plugged in and suddenly it stopped swinging and no longer plays music. Put batteries in it again to see if that would make a difference it swayed for a few minutes and then stopped working again.
