No help from customer service!
Never got my product! I reached out several times and even filed a claim through fed ex and nothing ever happened and I’m still out a 90 dollar machine I needed for my baby! So disappointed

Snot goes into tubing, not supposed to do that
I bought this a few days ago since my son has a nasty cold either some thick mucous. The little inner blue inner seal disengaged within the first use. I put it back, but despite the seal still being in place, it is constantly sucking up snot into the tubing, and therefore, into the motor. It doesn’t come with a way to clean the motor when this happens. I am unable to effectively get the snot out of my son’s nose because I have to constantly stop since it is going into the tubing. Definitely not…

Life changing
Everyone in our family has been sick for about 3 months now and upgrading our manual nose sucker to this electric one has been absolutely life-changing. The kids actually want to get their nose sucked because they feel instant relief. Cleaning is easy and straightforward. But you have to be a little careful about the plastic gaskets that come with the device. There are no extras in the box and sometimes they fly off when you're disassembling the parts to wash. I got this item from Amazon. Only after a few uses, mucous got into the tubing. I can’t find replacement tubing anywhere. I don’t really want to return the item to Amazon, but I’m at a loss for what to do.

This is a must have for sick kids
Love this product it has been a life saver these past few months. I’ve used it on all 3 of my kids from newborn to 4 year old. It’s super easy to clean, love the newborn attachment it fits perfectly into my son’s nose and effectively removes mucus.

Does great but sealing ring is IF’y
Great suction and variety depth nasal tips BUT the inner white seal can easily come off and get lost so it dampers the suctioning ability. Looking for replacement tips but haven’t found yet on website.
