Where to put the carbon filter?
Best Answer: The Diaper Genie Carbon Filter should be placed into the dedicated holder located on the underside of the pail’s lid.
Can you use a regular trash bag with this model?
Best Answer: No, the Diaper Genie Deluxe Diaper Pail is designed to be used with Diaper Genie refill bags. Regular trash bags won’t fit or seal properly, which can affect odor control.

The 1st time I got as a gift, it didn’t last but maybe ..2-3 months .. didn’t even get a chance to go through the refills before it broke.. But still a good product..

Just got it out of the box. So far so good.
Hopefully it will work very, very well. I have to research to where to find the filters and more bags and we can’t wait to use it to see how it works.
