Overview

Description

This set includes two 5 oz and two 9 oz Duo Bottles with Stage 1 Slow-Flow Nipples, two Stage 2 Medium-Flow Nipples and two PhysioForma Silicone Orthodontic Pacifiers with a sterilizing case.

Chicco Duo is a hybrid baby bottle designed with real glass on the inside and durable plastic on the outside.

Using patented INVINCI-GLASS technology inspired by advanced medical glass applications, a micro-thin layer of glass is permanently bonded to the inside of a premium plastic bottle.

This unique design allows baby’s milk to touch pure glass while the outer plastic shell keeps the bottle lightweight, comfortable to hold and resistant to breaking if dropped.

Unlike traditional glass bottles that are thick and heavy, Duo delivers the purity of glass with the convenience of plastic while resisting stains, odors and discoloration.

The bottle features the INTUI-LATCH nipple with a breast-like shape, natural feel and anti-colic valve designed to support comfortable feeding.

Chicco Duo bottles are dishwasher, bottle warmer and electric sterilizer safe with minimal parts for easy cleaning.

BEST BOTTLES! Great for breastfed babies and daycare!
These are the absolute BEST bottles on the market- especially for breast fed babies! I have been breastfeeding my daughter for 10 months now and these bottles have never led to breast feeding issues. I love that the milk touches glass only (especially during warming). The Chicco Duo is the only glass bottle my daycare allows since it is so durable. I have bought several stages of nipples as well as my daughter has grown. Overall, we LOVE these bottles! Highly recommend!

Skip it. Disappointing.
I was so excited for this, but I also didn't know what to look for in nipples as a first time mom. I was just excited about the milk not touching plastic! The nipples it comes with are WAY too fast, and the nipple shape isn't anything like you would find in nature, so the baby's mouth muscles won't develop correctly. So expensive, so such a bummer.

The milk doesn’t have to touch plastic!
I love that the milk touches glass, but if dropped the risk of the glass breaking is greatly reduced. We did switch the nipple with the Pigeon SS nipple as it promotes a better latches and aids with going from breast to bottle. We have had these bottles for 8 weeks and dropped the bottle once on our wood floor. It did not break. It also makes my mom feel more comfortable since she is prone to dropping things. I was devastated when they went out of stock. Despite having a boy I jumped on the opportunity to buy the pink set. We just need more than 3 duo bottles!

Only bottles my tongue tied girl will accept.
My daughter has a tongue tie And had issues finding a nipple that didn’t make latching difficult. We found the chicco bottles and tried them and have never gone back. We even gave our doctor browns and avent bottles to a friend who was having a baby. These are so easy to clean and I feel like no matter how long the formula stays in the bottle, it doesn’t curdle or get nasty! Our cat knocked one under the couch and it stayed there for 2 days before we found it, and it was still liquid and came

I love that these have a glass liner and came with a variety of nipple flows. That being said I would have appreciated four of each nipple. Also, Inhad a really hard time with the nipple collapsing. My baby took in a lot of air. I adjusted the ring several times and still could not remedy the problem. I ended up having to buy a different bottle brand.

Great but design flaw needs to be addressed
I'm writing this review in the hopes they'll look into this issue! Some of the nipples shoot baby right in the face with milk. I see they are the ones with a slightly bigger hole at the top. I thought it may have just been my batch, but I ordered more bottles and some of them do this too. I love these bottles, but baby doesn't like her nostrils or face sprayed with milk.
