Poor Reviews Speak Truth

This came full deconstructed, just boards. So disappointed on the quality and finish. Changing table topper is so flimsy. Everything is just MDF. Drawers are such a disappointment, you have to actually push them shut with some force vs gliding shut. For $500 we would return if we could but the thought of taking it apart piece by piece is daunting and semi feels like a scam. Just not quality and so sad about it.

Solid But It Can Be Better
Impressive in that drawers come is assembled with 5 pieces with the face being screwed into the box. The body and the frame are excellent with most of the weight directed downwards making it stable. The finish is also even and consistent.
Two points of feedback, the alignment of the screws in reference with the wooden drawer box needs to be improved as through tightening the screw the wood cracked. Consider drilling a deeper hole for the screw.

So clutch!
I am so glad I put this on my registry. The dresser is very sturdy, attractive, and its multifunctionality is such a space saver! I know our family will enjoy this for a long time.

Poor quality
I purchased this item, with high hopes. Not only is the surface very sensitive to scratches but the drawer is misaligned after use for only a few months. The space available in the drawers is also limited. You’re better off purchasing furniture from your IKEA.

Poorly made dresser
Cheaply made for the price. Very little real wood on it- made mostly of MDF that does not match the actual wood grain. Very disappointing and unexpected for the high price. We have the gelato crib which was much better made than this dresser. Would not recommend this dresser.

Great dresser w topper, legs are crappy
I love the color and quality of the drawers, the detachable topper. The legs are crappy though. We made the mistake of putting them in before moving it to the next room, and as a result they’re shaky if moved again, need to keep it against the wall. Keeping it, but if the legs weren’t going to be quality for moving one room over even, should’ve said in directions.

DO NOT PURCHASE
I had issues with this product as soon as I received it. None of the pieces aligned when putting it together. The wood was poor quality and quickly splintered. I contacted Babyletto directly and they asked me to order individual parts- more than half would have needed to be replaced. Being 9 months pregnant I had no tolerance for this. Thank goodness for Babylist allowing me to make a return- life savers!!!

Nice looking but poor quality
We ordered the Gelato dresser and matching crib from Crate & Barrel but it ships directly from the vendor (Babyletto). We noticed the quality of the actual wood pieces of the dresser was less than impressive for something being sold via C&B. There were scuff marks on the top piece and a sticker on the changing tray peeled off part of the finish.
